2022 Bourbon Charity Bottle + Membership Drive
From January 14th thru ❤️Valentine's Day❤️ February 14th we are doing our first ever BOTTLE + MEMBERSHIP DRIVE!
WE NEED YOUR HELP so that we can continue to offer amazing prizes during our online fundraisers. We are asking YOU for in-kind donations of unopened highly sought after bottles of whiskey. We also have a goal of 150 NEW BOURBON HOOD MEMBERSHIPS so that we can remain a 100% public donation charity in 2022.
**BOTTLE DONATIONS**
What do we need specifically? We are in need of those bottles that diehard bourbon enthusiasts like all of us want! You kinda know 'em when you see 'em ... allocated, limited releases, special finishes, collaborations, one-offs, etc. Or honestly ask yourself "Would I make a donation to a fundraiser for a chance at this bottle?"

Are you doing Dry January? How about donating one of those bottles you aren't going to be opening and drinking. Do you have multiple backups of a bottle that you can donate? Can you part-ways with that allocated bottle that has been sitting unopened waiting for the right time? Now is the right time ... to donate it!
We need to build up our inventory so that we can raise as much money as possible for our charity partners this year. We all know how hard it is to find and purchase bottles these days so we need the help of YOU our supporters!
What's in it for you?
- All donations are tax-deductible and you will receive a donation receipt for your year end tax reporting.
- Any bottle donated will be put toward a variety of worthy causes: children's hospitals, cancer research, providing food to those that don't have enough, men's health, women's health, children's health, building wells for clean drinking water, veterans housing and assistance, and SO MANY MORE AMAZING CAUSES.
- However your bottle is used, we will credit you with a "Donated by (your name)" recognition.
- A FREE 12-month Silver Membership to Bourbon Hood if your donation is accepted. That will get you 150 FREE entries into all of our online sweepstakes fundraisers this year. And you will get access to: a private Facebook Group, select barrel picks, exclusive giveaways, and other offers only available to Bourbon Hood members. (Note: Free memberships do not receive the traditional new member welcome kits.)
- If you are a current Bourbon Hood member we will increase your FREE tickets by 150 for each online sweepstakes fundraiser this year.
**We sincerely appreciate all donation offers but please also understand we won't be able to accept every bottle offered as a donation. Please don't be offended if we are unable to accept your donation offer. Also, bear with us as we go through the offers and allow us ample time to respond. We will respond!**

In addition to bottles we need NEW MEMBERS of BOURBON HOOD! Bourbon Hood is the lifeblood of Bourbon Charity. The monthly and annual support of Bourbon Hood members helps to pay for the infrastructure costs of Bourbon Charity and allows us to donate 100% of all public donations from our online fundraisers to the charities that we support. You read that right ... 100%!! But we need more members to continue our 100% model.
What costs does a charity have? Well, we have all the same expenses as any for-profit business. We have staff salaries, monthly and yearly accounting costs, credit card transaction fees for every donation that is made or product that is purchased from our online store, we have website maintenance costs, shipping costs, utilities, and the list goes on!
